Signpost 60 (28 June)
Welcome back to another issue of Signpost, St. Monica Trust’s regular newsletter that shares resources and activities from across the internet.
Many residents mentioned Signpost in the recent resident survey, saying that they found it useful and interesting during the last year of lockdown. We are glad that so many people enjoy it and hope that this week’s issue continues to impress.
During this week in:
1954: Food rationing ended after 14 years
1964: President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act
1997: The United Kingdom handed Hong Kong back to Chinese authorities
