100 Years. 100 Good Ideas.

100 Years. 100 Good Ideas.

In the last two months, we have been looking for 100+ good ideas on how we can support more people - in our communities and beyond – to live healthy, independent lives as they grow older. This includes our colleagues and residents today, but also future generations and our wider communities (via our Charitable Foundation).

We were open to all sorts of ideas – big and small – covering themes such as health, happiness, home, choice, contribution, and connection.

Submissions closed on 5 March 2025. An enormous thank you to everyone who submitted their ideas. In total, we received over 250 fantastic ideas, with contributions from colleagues, residents, charity partners, local universities and many more.

We are now in the process of sorting through and shortlisting the best ideas.

We are inviting EVERYONE who contributed to join our Innovation Forum in Bristol on 27 March 2025. The Innovation Forum is a one-day event (9.30am - 16.00pm) open to residents, colleagues and external partners, where we will share the top 100 ideas and debate and discuss how to implement them.
